Product Description

Sodium Ascorbate is the sodium salt of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). It is a water-soluble vitamin widely used as an antioxidant, nutritional fortifier, and preservative in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical applications.
