Product Description

Dipotassium Phosphate (DKP), also known as Potassium Phosphate Dibasic, is an inorganic potassium salt of phosphoric acid with the chemical formula K₂HPO₄. It appears as a white or colorless crystalline powder, highly soluble in water and practically insoluble in ethanol.

DKP is widely used as a buffering agent, nutrient source, emulsifier, and stabilizer across food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, agriculture, and industrial applications. Owing to its excellent solubility and buffering capacity, Dipotassium Phosphate plays a critical role in pH regulation and potassium/phosphorus supplementation.
